This was my fifth trip to the Reunion, and the third time I've displayed sleds there. The weather always seems to cooperate with this event. The skies were clear, and temperatures in the mid-seventies both days.

Show sleds and racers seemed to be down this year. The swap area was pretty thin Friday, but rebounded some on Saturday. Placing the show sleds north of the exhibit hall eliminated that walk up the hill. It was kind of dusty though.

My ten-year-old daughter, Jennifer, made the trip with me and was a great companion and helper throughout. Another highlight of the weekend is that I got to meet and talk to the legendary Les Pinz. Les owned a Scorpion dealership, raced for the Scorpion & Polaris factory teams, and is very active in the vintage hobby. Truely a gentleman, kind and helpful with all of my questions.
